The number one priority of Long Term Care (LTC) and Senior Housing providers is to provide quality of care to the residents they serve. As former DONs, Administrators and facility therapy providers, we understand that financial reimbursement and operational efficiencies must be balanced with the provision of care. Therefore, Boyer & Associates consultants, while making recommendations to assist the senior housing or healthcare provider in strategic management of reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and/or operational efficiency, our recommendations will always be made with the outcome of maintaining quality resident care. In addition, while assisting our clients with Medicare and Medicaid, we always make recommendations that recognize the rules and regulations of those programs and assist clients in following those requirements.
