OUR APPROACH
We begin our assessment by conducting an initial evaluation of your company's current policies, procedures, systems and practices relative to corporate compliance, focusing on the specific risk areas identified in the Office of Inspector General's Compliance Program Guidelines. Our review, often done in collaboration with your copmany's legal counsel, identifies unmet requirements relative to education and training, effective lines of communication, policies and procedures, processes and protocols, monitoring,and quality assurance.
Once a compliance program is established, we can determine its effectiveness by monitoring how it performs duringyour daty-to-day operations. Our role in monitoring compliance can encompass a wide range of activities based on the depth of your own resources.
INDEPENDENT REVIEW ORGANIZATION SERVICES
In addition to these services, we are also highly qualified to serve as an Independent Review Organization in evaluating coding and billing practices and compliance obligations pursuant to Corporate Integrity Agreements. We are very familiar with government requirements and conditions relative to these agreements and have highly competent, experienced individiuals who can efficiently and effectively perform the agreed upon procedures required in these agreements.
